I have extended experience in several simulation techniques used in modern science, including Molecular Dynamics, phase-field, finite elements, Monte Carlo methods, agent based simulations, using either sequential or parallel computation.

I developed the DeryaSE simulation engine, for the study of the geographic spread of infectious diseases.

I currently study the geographic spread of infectious diseases, with emphasis on measles, influenza and dengue.
